In our Phoenix Rising program, we guide our private clients and teach them the foundations of HOW to eat according to their lifestyle and get the weight loss results that they want in a sustainable manner. To date, we have helped women sustainably lose and maintain an average of 20cm in their overall measurements.

We DO NOT encourage them to starve themselves or make huge changes quickly which leads to overwhelm and burn out. We believe that everyone can find a balance and live a healthy lifestyle without starving or excessive restrictive diets - ESPECIALLY if they are given the right information, guidance, and support.

Through this advice and guidance, we aim to build strong foundations in food choices and habits hand in hand with our clients (a learn by doing process rather than a do because they’re told).

We also work together through any mindset limitations (critical thought processes that may hold them back from their goals) or challenges that might pop up to ensure we build an unshakeable confidence alongside the physical strength as well.

Lastly, with personalised programming for home or gym - we ensure our clients build strong, lean bodies efficiently - by only needing to exercise for 3 hours a week!
